Communication is important. Leadership is hard. Change is different. These duh-declarations are but a few of the "learnings" from a welcome parody of those management books that find "simple" and obvious lessons everywhere—in Eastern religion, say, or professional basketball… It's all here—the charts, the speaking tips, the gesture interpretations and the teamwork exercises… The humor fizzles occasionally, but the direct hits far outnumber the duds, and some sections—including one on "Faith-Based Finance"—are hilarious.
