IPI Business Card In THE BEST OF BUSINESS CARD DESIGN 9
Rule29, a strategic design firm based in Illinois, recently released The Best of Business Card Design 9, and we are pleased to announce that Idea Platforms’s cards are included! Rockport Publishing has released nine versions of The Best of Business Card Design, and partners every year with a different graphic design firm to showcase the most modern, most innovative business cards in the market today. We were also included in another book, The Image of Business Card Today, which was recently published in China. We are grateful to Alphabet Arm for designing such wonderful business cards for our company!
Vineet Nayar in the New York Times
Vineet Nayar, CEO of HCL TechnologiesIn the February 14th edition of the New York Times, Vineet Nayar, CEO of HCL Technologies, was interviewed by Adam Bryant. The interview was part of the Corner Office series, appearing in every Sunday business section, in which Bryant discusses leadership and management skills with business leaders. Nayar discussed his unique “Employees First” philosophy, which involves increased employee empowerment and transparency in the CEO’s office. These ideas have made Nayar a revolutionary kind of CEO, one who enables his employees to meet their full potential without excess intrusion from management. Nayar’s forthcoming book, Employees First, Customers Second, will describe this radical philosophy in greater detail. Idea Platforms, Inc. collaborated with him on his book, and will also be assisting him in the development of an idea platform.
MASTERING THE VC GAME to be Released in April
Mastering the VC Game by Jeff Bussgang of Flybridge Capital Partners will be released on April 29, 2010. A successful entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Bussgang has also been selected as one of Harvard Business School’s Entrepreneurs-in-Residence for the 2009-2010 school year. The program enables students to learn from accomplished entrepreneurs and infuses the campus with an entrepreneurial perspective.
Building the EMPLOYEES FIRST Idea Platform
Idea Platforms, Inc. has signed on to help Vineet Nayar build an idea platform around his upcoming book, Employees First, Customers Second.
